Our service association led by Gaines Kay Automation, Premier Packaging Solutions, Raak Solid Equipment each have a minimum of 10 years field experience. Jim Smith, President of JD Machinery and the staff at FBN Sales provide 50 plus years of Hot Fill expertise.

GainesKay Automation: Furman Kay heads GainesKay. Furman has a masters degree in engineering from the University of GA and a BS in electrical engineering. Furman has ten years experience as a service tech for Zalkin cappers specializing in PLC controls work. He combines this with a strong mechanical background and expertise on Zalkin and Alcoa cappers. Furman’s group includes additional highly experienced staff

Premier Packaging Solutions: Steve served as service manager at US Bottlers Machinery for 16 years. In addition to his experience with Pressure Gravity and net weigh fillers Steve is trained on Arol and Alcoa cappers. Steve works with our customers to provide training documentation and written maintenance procedures

FBN Sales: FBN has been providing fill valves for pressure gravity filling machinery for 20 years and solving filling problems for all of the major hot fill packers.

Raak Solid Equipment: John Raak (pronounced ROCK) brings years of experience in sales and service support with Fogg Filler Co to our group. John has expertise with both fillers and cappers and has allowed JD machinery Sales and Service to add Fogg filler and capper after market parts to our line of products. John’s specialization in bowl fillers allows us to support the full range of bowl style dairy and water fillers including Federal, Franz and Filler Specialties.
