Jim Smith, President of JD Machinery Sales and Service Inc brings 30 plus years of sales experience in the bottling industry to help find the right solution for the job. JD Machinery Sales and Service Inc has brought together an association of qualified professionals with decades of experience to provide service, parts, new machinery and project management services.

Service Support: We work closely with highly qualified technicians for industry leading fillers and cappers. We can provide both mechanical support and PLC controls work. Rebuild machine drives, handle E sync applications, rebuild capper heads and spindles.

Carbonated: We have recently provided service support to an industry leader for the introduction of a closure for water and carbonated lines country wide on dozens of lines.

Hot Fill: Our capabilities on hot fill applications for pressure gravity fillers and all rotary cappers is second to none in the industry. We have close to 100 years of combined experience

Parts Support: Working with FBN Sales we can provide proven after market parts for the industry including fill valves, capper chucks, filler seals and more. As a territory sales agent for Morrison CHS we can provide a full range of bottle control parts.

Capper Headsets: We are the exclusive source for Magnetic Technology aftermarket capper headsets for North America. We provide a single point of contact for sales, install, training and support.

New Machinery: We work closely with a number of industry leaders to provide filling and packing equipment for food, distilled spirits, water, hot fill and carbonated applications.

Used Equipment: We can locate the correct machine for your application and in most situation provide full rebuild capabilities. We do this with integrity, the only good sale is one that meets the customers needs at a fair cost to all parties.
